ANALISIS STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN MINUMAN HERBAL INSTAN (STUDI KASUS : UPPKS MADYA XI KARAWANG)

This research is a descriptive qualitative on the analysis of development instant herbal beverage business at UPPKS Madya XI Karawang. The method used swot (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) which aims to know how strategy by Karawang in its and QSPM establish right alternative for use better development. data this study comes from observations made directly companies, interviews, documentation. results were obtained calculation IE matrix, matrix IFAS with value 3,020 EFAS 2,687 based company cell or quadrant IV growth consisting intensive strategies such as company's product market, market penetration integration front, back horizontally.
